Vénérable Chatral Rinpoché - the amulet has been empowered by Chatral Rinpoche , the following were his profile . 

Kyabje Chatral Sangye Dorje Rinpoche (1913 -2015) was one of the
realized Grand Masters of the Dzogchen tradition. He was one of the very last to have received
all his religious education in Tibet before the Chinese invasion of 1959.

He was the son of Péma Dongdrub from the line of Mukpo Dong and Sonam Tso
from the Wakyung family. His parents had a deep devotion to the teachings
of the Buddha and the Lama. They took great care of the poor and spontaneously showed
great Wisdom. Chatral Rinpoche was born in the year of the female Water Ox,
on the 10th day of the 5th month (anniversary day of the terrible manifestation
of Guru Rinpoche in the form of Dordje Drollo).

The day after Chatral Rinpoche was born, the Most Venerable Nyima Gyaltsen
had a vision, this Master was the re-incarnation of the Great Indian Sage Chandragomi , known as Asey Bigo Tulku and whose capacity for clairvoyance and miraculous powers were famous.

For example this Master had had visions of Padmasambhava, Avalokitésvara, Vajrapani
and Tara, all these deities having conferred on him teachings and initiations.

On the day of Chatral Rinpoche's birth, he had the vision of a mule loaded with sacred books coming to empty its load in the house of Chatral Rinpoche's parents.
The next day he happily went to their house and after recounting
his vision to Chatral Rinpoche's parents, named Trogyal Dorje
(King Vajra of the Terrible Deities)

From his childhood, little Chatral Rinpoche showed the qualities of a Boddhisatva, always showing patience, compassion but also intelligence and perseverance.
